DAY ONE

"Nobody knows about my secret researches. I´m really engaged in discover the cure for some rare types of disturbs so today, I am getting a new group of patients to study. Let´s see their files, shall we?"


Angelo Thorn
After work as security chief for years, get ill and recover himself, Angelo lost his memory and became a whining guy with an unknown disease who have constants deliriums about a person who he met just a couple times. Apparently in his delusive dream, that younger guy and him had a love affair, fought the yakuza together and had a beautiful love story.
Medical Note: Delusional patients are my favorites and this guy is pretty. I recommend a daily private therapy session.


Christopher Red
The young Chris suffers from a rare condition that makes him an insecure person.
Medical Note: He is really cute. Insecurity issues, huh?I recommend a daily private therapy session.


Hiro Ryusaki
Hiro doesn´t believes that he have any problem but he was caught several times in other people´s houses doing strange activities like swimming in the pool, making dinner, cleaning the dog house and dancing the smustle as if he was a resident in these houses. He was a teenager but acted as an adult harassing and molesting the young boy who was living with him. After this, he joined the yakuza as a shooter and was arrested and brought here.

Medical Note: Sounds like Identity Disorder. I recommend a daily private therapy session.


Shakar Asmodeus
The young millionaire have a broken heart, his long therm boyfriend left him for a youngest guy.

Arsene Asmodeus
It´s in the middle age crisis. Left his long therm boyfriend for a youngest guy. Thinks also that he can be a story villain but he have no real competence to that.

Michel Danbi
He think he is dead. If he is not dead, than he is a weapon´s dealer. In any case, he have a fixation for his friend Eugene. He also claims that he was only invited to this production because he is cute and looks awesome with transparent shirts and really small tidy pants.

Eugene Thorn
He is a slut and doesn´t care. He was the only guy who actually get laid with half of the cast and smiled for the first pictures.

Yuu Toka
Yuu arrived the asylum asking for a lawyer and his agent. He claims he was unfairly killed in the last season and now was only invited to make a secondary part in this story.
Medical Note: Another delusional with deliriums? What a group we have here. I recommend group therapy session.

ETA to add: I just checked my 850 hacks to be sure that none of them ruin the experiment (like dizzy´s 50% life aspiration, we want the crackdowns, right?) and added back some autonomous on that I wasn´t using because I was kind of tired to discover Eugene all the time making out in a couch with some stranger. I also remove the social sanity fixes because we want them insane, of course.

Dr. Kato Report - CLASSIFIED

The Bates Sanitarium have a very efficient surveillance system with cameras spread all over the building so we can follow our patients everywhere and see what they are doing. They will be guarded 24 hours per day and all their actions will be recorded on tape (so the doctor can watch after the work hours and make some threatnings blackmails take treatment decisions. I really believe, as a doctor, that patients in these conditions should have some freedom to try to have the most normal life possible while in treatment. I will allow them to choose what they want to eat, their own beds and some other small privileges, if they show good behaviour, of course.



It´s interesting to notice that once the patients arrived some of their personal issues started to appear. The lawyer Arsene and his boyfriend Chris had some disagreement about something and were arguing in the first minutes here.



The patient Chris wasn´t happy.



The patient Hiro seems to have some delusional hopes, waiting for a message from someone that he knows? It´s not going to happen but maybe he doesn´t know that the medical staff (me, of course) will get all correspondences, read it and burn those that are not interesting to blackmails the treatment. Hm. No, I don´t think any of them imagine this.



The happy family have their first meal, how cute. I hope they don´t mind about a diet with only mac and cheese, cereal and chilly. If they have a nice behaviour I´ill allow them to eat some spaghetti.

In the next morning, Hiro tried to socialize with me. Interesting, very interesting.



Maybe he was interested in my omeletti since he had cereal? Maybe we should set his first therapy session sooner than we expected.

The discussion with his boyfriend really upset Chris.



I wonder if he is going to be our first candidate to crackdown? Apparently.
We maybe should try to improve his medication.

I was warned by Shakar´s family that he is very spoiled and that he also is used to be served by several employees on his mansion but I didn´t expected this...



What he wants? A printed invitation? Room service?

These patients are full of surprise and some of them seems to be very willing to get therapy sessions.
Angelo seemed to voluntary himself to be the first one to try my our wonderful therapy methods.



The patient seemed to be upset because I wasn´t there to assist him. He spent the rest of the say walking around naked.



Not that anybody cared. At this point of the day I had to go to my private clinic to treat some other patients.



Oh, our first fire. I wonder...



Why Eugene was naked? He seemed to have no notion about how dangerous is to be naked so close to the fire. Or he didn´t cared. Or both. Hmm, suicidal tendencies, maybe? Maybe we should raise his medication dosis.



It didn´t occured to any of them to get out the kitchen and let the fireman works? Maybe all of them had had a panic attack. Maybe they had had a mass hysteria episode.
Interesting, very interesting.

Thirty minutes, lots of screaming and lots of running in circles later the fireman finally managed to get into the room and extinguish the fire.



I´m not pleased. The insurance will not cover this. I´ll revoke their cooking privileges for a while.
It seems they comdemned themselves to return to a diet filled with salads, puddings and cereal. I hope this teach them to be more careful and less accident prone next time.

Meanwhile, Hiro was busy doing some occupational therapy activities.



Really interesting. This boy seems to be really engaged in recover himself. I´m going to schedule this first therapy session.

Dr. Kato Report - CLASSIFIED

Apparently our patients forgot about some basic life needs like eat, sleep and take baths.



I wonder what can cause this strange behavior. I´ll make some tests and exams in these patients in the next days to try to determine if their braincells melted or if they are having problems to adapt themselves to the medication.

The other patients seemed to easily accept our hospital routine. It´s important to keep them physically healthy so they can have a good mental treatment and recover themselves faster.



The patient Chris started to show some concerns about his condition early this morning. It´s an improvement.



I scheduled his first therapy session for this morning...



...but he wasn´t feeling very cooperative. Maybe he is not ready to trust me and share his thoughts with me yet... I can wait till he feel more trustful - and increase his medication to make him feel more cooperative, of course.
I´ll try again today later.



The patient Hiro seemed to be worried about his condition too. I have to conquer his trust so he can open himself and share his thoughts with me but this is a good sign, patients need to think about their conditions to seek for their cure.



The patient Arsene seems to be a very practical person. He seems to be fine so far and kept himself busy all day with useful and helpful activities that he volunteered himself.

I scheduled the first group therapy session to happen in the outside area. Outdoor activities are fun and great to increase the mood but not all patients reacted well.



Until the middle of the afternoon we had no incidents...



... except for one patient or two who abused of the sunbath.

I had the second therapy session with the patient Chris who was behaving in a much more cooperative way...



... it seems he was finally creating a bond with me and open to accept the treatment...



I am very satisfied with this patient case evolution. It seems the medications are being successful in his case. I wish this happens with all poor unhealthy patients we have in our facilities.



Unfortunately not all the patients wants to heal. I´m aware of this common fact as a doctor but I can´t help myself to feel frustrated when I can´t cure someone.



The patient Angelo was caught by the security camera crying in the bathroom. He seems to be emotionally affected by something, maybe he had a recent trauma. I need to proceed further investigations about his case.



The young eccentric millionaire Shakar seems to only eat salads - maybe he have a food disorder? - and have a very anti-social behavior. I´m going to schedule his first therapy session for tomorrow morning.



The patient Arsene wasn´t feeling completely well in the end of the day. We need more investigations on his case before get a final conclusion about his problem.



When the night arrived the patients were in good conditions and we had no major incidents. Apparently they had learn with the fire experience and stopped to create problems.

I am satisfied with this first day result, let´s see how these patients will evolve on next days.

Dr. Kato Report - CLASSIFIED - Day 03

Some days are worst than others. I should be used to this by now but I just can´t. Today was a hard day, a very hard day.
It´s complicate to find good employees so I had to fix several things in the sanitarium by myself. It´s an old building with old walls, old plumbing system, old elevators...



I do hope none of the patients falls in the basement in an elevator malfunction accident, nobody goes there. If someone fall it can pass days without anyone noticing it and if the elevator break in the process this person will get stuck because there are no stairs. I wonder why my father built this basement like this, it´s a perfect trap. Well, he was a genious, I´m sure he knew what he was doing.

But I was saying how hard today was. Some patients are not improving...



Hiro started to cry around. I already had scheduled a therapy session to him but...



... he wasn´t feeling cooperative and didn´t wanted to talk about his problems. I increased his medication.

I´m convinced that Shakar have an antisocial problem and eating disorder. He still only eat salads. He also refused the most important part of the treatment, the therapeutic bond with his doctor.



Another patient who needs to increase his medication. Since Shakar wasn´t feeling cooperative I sent him to his bedroom right after dinner so he could reconsider his position. He is very spoiled because his privileged financial condition and I believe the best way to deal with him is showing him that he is not special or superior to anybody here in this place. He is just a patient here.



He was crying and whining but I know is just an atempt to try to manipulate the others around him to get what he wants. I don´t like to be hard with my patients but sometimes I just have to, for their own good.

I´m really sad with today´s result, really, really sad...



Michel is not improving.



Chris socialized with the other patients in the occupational therapy room, maybe I can consider this an improvement, I´m not sure yet. The fact that some patients are socializing doesn´t mean they are really improving, most of them have no social problems, they are here because of other conditions.



They have no much to do here anyway, so I´m not sure anymore if I can consider the socialization a symptom of recovery.



Maybe I´m just too tired today because I had to fix so many things, the elevator, sinks, clogged toilets, broken showers...



I knew that someone would fall with the elevator and would get stuck in the basement. And exactly when I wasn´t there, I just had left to my private clinic. I hope Arsene is well enough to wait till I return...

I discovered I needed some hacks to make this challenge more amusing. The first days the stupid sims did nothing but complain about be hungry, smelly and sleepy. Then I added back almost all my hacks except "social sanity fixes" (Pescado). Now they do a lot of things by themselves and I just watch. I think the game fixes from Pescado are the most important ones.
